My name is Meghan Woytenko and I serve the Cheyenne, Laramie, Scottsbluff and Ft. Collins areas as a Birth Doula.  I have been certified through DONA International since 2012. I completed training in the Body Ready Method® and received my Professional Certification in 2022. I am also offering Body Ready Birth® classes to expecting families.

I chose to be a Birth Doula because I believe that childbirth is an empowering, transforming experience. I have found over the years that being fully informed, educated and mentally prepared for all aspects of birth and postpartum makes for the best birth outcomes. Even if your birth isn't what you had hoped for, having the knowledge and support to make informed choices can help you feel empowered and be at peace with whatever may come.

Included in the Doula Services package is an initial meeting at no cost to you.  If you choose to hire me, the package includes 2, 1-1.5 hr prenatal visits, attendance at your birth and one postpartum visit. During the prenatal visits we will get to know each other, talk about your hopes, what you would like your birth to be, what to expect depending on your place of birth, and how I will support you and your partner. I also include unlimited contact via email/text/phone for questions and concerns. I firmly believe a woman deserves to have a doula if she so chooses. As such, a sliding scale for those who cannot afford a doula but wish to have one may be available. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me with any questions you may have.
